How to add ID3 tags to MP3 files in Windows: 1. Select the track in WinAmp, but only single-click so it doesn't play. 2. Press Alt 3 3. On the right side of the box, check "ID3 v2 Tag". 4. Still on the right side of the box, select "Track #". 5. Type in the same track number as in the filename near the top of the box. 6. Click on the "Artist" text box. 7. Type in the artist name. 8. Select the just-typed artist name by having the text cursor at the end of the text and pressing Shift Home, then Control Insert. 9. Press ALT U. 10. The box will have closed. 11. Select the next track in WinAmp, as before. 12. Repeat Steps 2 to 6. 13. This time, instead of typing the artist name, just press Shift Insert. 14. Press ALT U. 15. For all the other tracks in the album, repeat steps 11 to 14. 16. Now the artist name is in all of the tracks, do the same process for the Album name, typing it just once, then copying it, and pasting it in to all of the other tracks. 17. Switch to the Notepad file containing the album's ".m3u" file. 18. The track titles are in this file, so you can copy each into the ".m3u" file.
